What is your shipping Policy? 

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. For Originals requiring custom framing, shipping times range for 2-3 weeks as it takes time to order matting, frames and glass as required for your purchase.  Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. 

If you have the need for expedited shipping & processing, please contact me at markgrassofineart@gmail.com to discuss you situation and the potential costs.

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES? 

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be pre-paid and shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request. Any fees required to get the order into your country (ie. customs and duties, etc) will be at the expense of the purchaser.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

We do not provide a refund based on customer preference.  We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues only. Obviously since these are one of a kind originals or limted edition prints, we will only be able to provide a substitute replacement of equal value.  We may request to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label prior to any return of moneys.  We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact markgrassofineart@gmail.com There’s a 25% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged. Commissioned ordered are not refundedable per the commission contract.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact markgrassofineart@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? 

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
